Lazio have reached an agreement with Dynamo Moscow for the signing of Arsen Zakharyan.
According to a report by Sky Italia, Lazio is working to strengthen Maurizio Sarri’s squad for the new season and today they have agreed on transfer fees with Dynamo Moscow for signing Arsen Zakharyan.
The Biancocelesti’s €10 million plus bonuses bid was accepted by the Russian club who have now given permission to the Italian side to negotiate on salary with the 20-year-old winger.
In addition to the Zakharyan deal, Lazio are also negotiating with former Eintracht Frankfurt player Daichi Kamada, who can be signed for free due to his free agency. The Japan international was close to Milan not long ago.
However, the Serie A side faces a dilemma now as they have two non-EU spots left in their squad and they can only complete one of the signings. It is completely up to the management as they evaluate both options and a final decision is set to come soon regarding both the players.
