December is set to be the decisive month for Francisco Conceicao’s career as Serie A giants Juventus are set to activate his buyout clause.
According to a report by Fabiana Della Valle of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are readying the resources to make Francisco Conceicao a permanent member of the squad before the start of the new year. The Portuguese arrived on a €7 million plus €3 million in bonuses loan deal with the option to redeem in August from Porto.
The player is set to celebrate his 22nd birthday in Turin this month and the Bianconeri is expected to begin their €30 million redemption operation soon to complete it before 2025.
Juventus found it difficult to pay the winger’s release clause during the summer transfer window but thanks to the efforts of his agent Jorge Mendes, the club were able to agree on a loan deal.
Conceicao has settled well into the Old Lady’s ranks and has contributed two goals and four assists across all competitions so far in the season.
