Juventus have made contact for the potential January signing of Roma’s Rick Karsdorp.
Daniele Longo has reported about the situation of Karsdorp, stating that the Dutchman wants to leave Roma in January and he is on Juventus’ shortlist to strengthen the right-back position.
Contacts between Juventus executives and agents of the Feyenoord player have taken place. Juve have laid down some economic plans, but an agreement with Roma has to be found first. As of now, Tiago Pinto has no intention to sell the player on an initial loan deal and he only wants an outright sale.
Talks are still at a very initial stage but Roma would welcome the inclusion of Mattia de Sciglio in the deal by Jose Mourinho’s consent. Juve are yet to put the player on the market because Max Allegri likes the Italian and the Bianconeri value him higher than what Roma can offer in the Karsdorp deal. Juve are not intending to move on these lines, but the parties can look to update in the next few days.
