Jean-Paul Boetius doesn’t need chemotherapy after going through an operation to remove a testicular tumor.

About a week ago, Hertha BSC announced that Jean-Paul Boetius had been diagnosed with a testicular tumor.
Fortunately, it’s now clear that the midfielder doesn’t need to go through chemotherapy treatment.

“Further examinations have shown that no chemotherapy will be necessary,” Hertha media director Marcus Jung said at a press conference today.

“That makes us all happy, that makes the whole Hertha family very happy. That is very, very pleasing.”
