Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers have closed a deal for a leading member of the attacking ranks at Celta Vigo.
That’s according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Jørgen Strand Larsen as the player in question.
Versatile attacker Strand Larsen, for his part, is fresh off an impressive campaign in Spain’s top-flight.
Across 37 appearances for a relegation-battling Celta Vigo outfit, the 24-year-old racked up a head-turning 13 goals and three assists.
And as much evidently proved enough to pique the attentions of those behind the scenes at the aforementioned Wolves.
This comes amid confirmation that Strand Larsen is all set for a move to Molineux.
As per Fabrizio Romano:
‘Jørgen Strand Larsen to Wolves, here we go! Deal in place, verbal agreement also on personal terms.’
Celta Vigo are set to receive a considerable €30 million for the transfer, with the Norwegian international primed to fly out to England to undergo a medical and sign his contract next week.
