Bild reports that Serhou Guirassy has turned down a new offer from VfB Stuttgart as he looks to take the next step in his career.

Serhou Guirassy has turned down a new offer from VfB Stuttgart, who wanted to get rid of his €17.5 million release clause, according to Bild.

The report claims that the high-flying striker has set his sights on a move away from Stuttgart.

Guirassy, who has scored 18 goals in 14 appearances this season, has been linked with a move to England, with Manchester United and Newcastle United among his suitors.

Recently, Borussia Dortmund have also been mentioned in connection with Guirassy, but those rumors were played down by the Black and Yellows’ sporting director, Sebastian Kehl, on Wednesday.
