Turkish giants Fenerbahce have submitted an €8m plus €2m in bonuses proposal to Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur for French international midfield player Tanguy Ndombele, according to Yagiz Sabuncuoglu.
The Sports Digitale reporter is claiming that Fener are in active negotiations with the North London club for the signing of the 26-year-old Lyon and Amiens product.
Spurs are said to be welcoming this bid, with new manager Ange Postecoglou open to the departure of the Frenchman. Much like José Mourinho and Antonio Conte before him, the Australian tactician does not seem to think that Ndombele is the right fit for the new project that he is seeking to build. This, despite the fact that Ndombele enjoyed a relatively successful loan spell with Napoli last season as part of their successful challenge for the Serie A title.
The Adidas-sponsored athlete is under contract with Spurs until 2025. Fenerbahce intend to sign him alongside Manchester United’s Fred.
