Raphael Guerreiro is out of contract at the end of the season, but is keen to stay at Borussia Dortmund beyond the summer of 2023, according to Ruhr Nachrichten.
However, mainly due to Guerreiro’s injury history, the Bundesliga outfit are said to be stalling on a new contract for the 28-year-old left-back.
As Sport Bild recently reported, initial talks about a contract extension have not even taken place.
‘Die Schwarzgelben’ paid €12 million to sign Guerreiro from FC Lorient back in 2016.
