Following the dismissal of Nuno Espírito Santo at Nottingham Forest, Sport Bild report that Domenico Tedesco has emerged as a ‘hot candidate’ to succeed the Portuguese manager.
Tedesco (39) has been unemployed since January following his sacking as Belgium head coach after less than two years in charge. The German-Italian head coach won just two of his last 10 games in charge of the Red Devils, and his time in Belgium will be remembered for his fall out with Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who said he would never play for his country again while Tedesco remained in charge.
His last coaching role at a club was at RB Leipzig, where he remained for just 38 games, winning 21, drawing eight and losing nine of his games in charge.
But while Nottingham Forest are showing interest in José Mourinho as well as Tedesco, Fenerbahçe are another club linked with Tedesco.
