Serie A side Bologna are close to sealing a move for Vincenzo Italiano, who has already departed Fiorentina yesterday.
After Fiorentina’s last Serie A clash against Atalanta, Italiano and La Viola announced that their journey is ending and Fiorentina seem close to sealing a move for Monza boss Raffaele Palladino, who has already held key talks regarding a switch.
La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TuttoBologna) state that Italiano’s future is also close to being sorted out. He is currently the favourite to replace Thiago Motta at the Rossoblu and the expectation is that key talks will be held in the next few days to potentially thrash out an agreement regarding the switch.
Corriere della Sera have also reported something along the same lines but they go step further, stating that today is a potentially crucial day in the saga. And Bologna are expected to conclude their move for the ex-Spezia boss soon enough and today could be the right time for it.
