As much came by way of his exploits in Barcelona’s La Liga meeting with Sevilla.
Hansi Flick’s troops of course kicked the club’s campaign back into gear late last night, making short work of Sevillla en route to an eventual 5-1 triumph.
The aforementioned Raphinha, meanwhile, featured from the off in Catalunya’s capital, keeping alive what has been a stellar individual opening to the season.
The Brazilian did not manage to add his name to the scoresheet, but did lay on assist, for Robert Lewandowski late in the first-half.
And, in the process, Raphinha joined Premier League stars Cole Palmer and Mohamed Salah of Chelsea and Liverpool respectively in an exclusive three-man club.
