La Liga giants Real Madrid have been joined in the hunt for one of Brazilian football’s standout talents by a pair of leading Premier League clubs.
That’s according to Diario AS, citing Sky Sport, who point towards Vitor Reis as the player in question.
The name of youngster Reis has long taken its place front and centre in the transfer chatter across Spain.
This comes amid the understanding that the brass at the aforementioned Real Madrid are keeping a close eye on the development of the Palmeiras prodigy, with a view to a future bid for his signature.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the media this weekend is anything to go by, then Los Blancos are far from the only heavyweight club keeping a keen eye on Reis’ progress.
As per a report from AS:
‘According to Sky Sports, the Palmeiras centre-back is not only of interest to Real Madrid: Chelsea and Arsenal are also in the bidding.’
