Wolfsburg make contact with Ekitike

L’Equipe reports that Wolfsburg have contacted Paris Saint-Germain striker Hugo Ekitike about a possible loan move this month.

VfL Wolfsburg have made contact with Paris Saint-Germain striker Hugo Ekitike about a possible January transfer, according to L’Equipe.


Both L’Equipe and RMC Sport report that Die Wölfe are interested in taking the 21-year-old forward on loan this month.

According to the latter, Eintracht Frankfurt are also interested in Ekitike, who has played just eight minutes of football for PSG this season.

Jonas Wind is currently Wolfsburg’s only fit senior striker, with both Lukas Nmecha and Olympique Lyon loanee Amin Sarr out with long-term injuries.
