Club Brugge’s Tajon Buchanan is said to be nearing an exit from the club, with Inter still keen on the wing-back.
Sky Italia have reported an update about the situation of the Canada international. They state that Buchanan has not been called up for the club’s game for the second time in a row despite not being injured and this shows that he is imminently going to depart the club.
Inter’s interest is very keen and they want to sign him as soon as possible for Simone Inzaghi. Buchanan has already informed Club Brugge that he won’t sign a new deal, with his current deal running out in the summer of 2025. He is certain to depart the club, with the gap between Club Brugge’s valuation and what Inter are offering still somewhat significant.
The Belgian club want about 12 million to 15 million, with Inter offering around 7 million. The gap has reduced but it is still significant. Manchester City are also interested, but Beppe Marotta wants to seal a deal soon.
