Dani Olmo has described RB Leipzig’s 3-0 Supercup win over Bayern Munich as a “perfect game”.
On the night Harry Kane made his Bayern debut, it was Olmo who stole the show with a fantastic hat-trick. Speaking to reporters after the game, the Spaniard was understandably in high spirits.
“It was an amazing performance from the whole team for the full 90 minutes,” said Olmo.
“We worked a lot, ran a lot and had periods of possession. It was a perfect game.”
Die Roten Bullen’s managing director for sport, Max Eberl, thought Leipzig deserved to win by the margin they did.
“Overall, I think we deserved to win, even by this margin. We did a good job today,” Eberl said.
