FC Köln have confirmed Florian Kainz as their new captain.
Florian Kainz has been named as the new captain of FC Köln ahead of the 2023/24 season.
The winger succeeds Jonas Hector, who retired at the end of last season.
Kainz’s two vice-captains will be Mark Uth and Marvin Schwäbe.
The trio will form the team council of the Bundesliga club together with Benno Schmitz, Timo Hübers and Davie Selke.
