David Raum’s Hoffenheim future “depends on the market,” according to club boss Alexander Rosen.
Hoffenheim director of football Alexander Rosen has responded to speculation linking David Raum with a move away from the club.
Raum has been linked with a host of big clubs, including Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United and Manchester City, after an impressive debut season in the Bundesliga.
And while Hoffenheim would prefer to keep the left-back, who is under contract until 2026, the Bundesliga outfit could be tempted to sell if the price is right, Rosen admitted at a press conference today.
“We would obviously like to keep David. At the end of the day, it depends on the market. But we always have a particularly level-headed approach when dealing with these issues,” Rosen told reporters.
“No matter what the decision is, we are in good shape and will have a strong squad. We’ve had some great players come and go in our almost 15 years in the Bundesliga.”
