Jeremie Frimpong, who has been linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs, claims he isn’t thinking about his future at the moment.
Rumors linking Jeremie Frimpong with a summer exit from Bayer Leverkusen have intensified in recent months, with Manchester United, Barcelona and Bayern Munich all said to be monitoring his situation.
However, the 22-year-old insists he won’t be distracted by the speculation surrounding his future and says he is yet to make a decision on what will happen beyond the summer.
“I don’t know when I will decide on my future. I’m just concentrating on Leverkusen and the upcoming games,” Frimpong is quoted as saying by Sport1.
According to Sport1, Frimpong is “keen” on a move to Manchester United, with Bayer Leverkusen demanding around €50 million for his services.
The highly-rated wing-back has scored eight goals and provided nine assists in 38 appearances in all competitions for Leverkusen this season.
