Borussia Dortmund no longer appear to be favorites to sign Daichi Kamada from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Kamada was heavily linked with Dortmund a few months ago, but interest seems to have cooled, with Sky Germany reporting that there is no contact between the parties.

According to Sky Germany, the Japan international would prefer a move to Spain, with Atletico Madrid and FC Barcelona reportedly keeping tabs on him.

Eintracht board member for sport Markus Krösche recently confirmed that Kamada is expected to leave the club on a free transfer when his contract expires this summer.
