Marc Roca will complete his medical and sign for Leeds United on Friday, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
An agreement between the Premier League club and Bayern Munich has been reached and the Spanish midfielder will join the Elland Road outfit on a four-year deal.
The two clubs are currently working on completing the paperwork for the transfer in a deal reported to be in the region of €12m plus €2m in add-ons.
Roca joined Bayern from Espanyol in 2020 but failed to break into the successful German side.
A deep-lying midfielder, he left Espanyol when the club was relegated from Spain’s top flight. The 25-year-old has represented Spain at U21 level.
Leeds continue to add to their squad having managed to stay in the English top flight for another season.
The Yorkshire club have already confirmed the signings of Rasmus Kristensen (24) and Brenden Aaronson (21) from Red Bull Salzburg.
