Alexander Nübel has admitted that he’s unsure what the future holds for him beyond the summer.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper, who is on loan at Monaco from Bayern Munich until the end of the season, told DPA after Monaco’s 3-2 Europa League play-off first leg win over Bayer Leverkusen last night:
“We will see what happens in the summer and what is best for me. Basically, I’m open to everything.”
Nübel added that he feels “very, very comfortable” in Monaco, where he has played since 2020.
