Inter’s Beppe Marotta is looking to offer Denzel Dumfries in a potential deal for Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku.
Chelsea have now opened up to a loan deal for Lukaku, with Inter and the Blues yet to discuss terms for potential move involving the Belgian striker.
Corriere della Sera have reported about the deal involving the two clubs, claiming that they are discussing the deal in the background and Marotta could look to insert Dumfries in a deal with the London-based outfit.
It is stated that Inter would have to speed up the deal to get a discount in the player’s wages and Dumfries’ insertion can certainly help in that. Milan Skriniar is now suggested as an expendable in the side, amidst interest from Paris Saint-Germain.
Dumfries has previously been linked with a move to Bayern Munich and it has been suggested that the Dutchman could be moved in the summer, with clubs in England also looking at him.
