As Eintracht Frankfurt prepare for the resumption of the Bundesliga, Markus Krösche has reiterated that Randal Kolo Muani, a World Cup runner-up, will not be leaving the Bundesliga club in January.
“We will not sell Kolo Muani,” Krösche told Kicker. A statement from SGE’s sporting director, this comes after the Frenchman was targeted by Manchester United and Bayern Munich. As reported via our colleagues at Get French Football News, the Red Devils are reportedly readying a €60m offer to Eintracht for the Kolo Muani, who has scored five and created 10 in the Bundesliga this season.
As reported on Monday, Eintracht Frankfurt aren’t planning any significant movement in the January transfer window, and this includes Kolo Muani, who joined the Hessen club on a free transfer from Nantes.
One player that is allowed to depart is central-defender Jérôme Onguéné. After joining on a free transfer from RB Salzburg, the Cameroonian is yet to make his debut and is expected to return to his former club on loan, should Maximilian Wöber join Leeds United.
