Sportbuzzer is reporting that Florian Wirtz will not be traveling to Qatar with Germany.

Florian Wirtz will not be included in Germany’s squad for the World Cup in Qatar, according to Sportbuzzer.
Wirtz suffered a cruciate ligament rupture in March and only returned to team training at the end of October.
The 19-year-old missed Leverkusen’s 2-1 derby win over FC Köln yesterday as he wasn’t deemed ready to return by Werkself coach Xabi Alonso.
Instead of going to Qatar, Wirtz will travel to the United States with Leverkusen during the World Cup break.
However, he will be rested for the club’s upcoming friendly against St. Louis City SC on November 16, per the report.
Hansi Flick’s full squad for the World Cup will be announced at 12 CET today.
