Borussia Dortmund captain Marco Reus finally made his return from injury as he came on at the break of Sunday’s 2-0 defeat against Union Berlin.
However, he will not be involved when Borussia Dortmund face Hannover 96 in the DFB-Pokal tonight.
Per Sport1, the 33-year-old didn’t travel with his teammates to Hannover after suffering a slight injury setback, with the German media outlet stating that his return against Berlin came “a bit too early”.
Whether Reus will be able to be involved against Stuttgart in the Bundesliga this weekend is unclear.
