Leonardo Bittencourt will not be involved when Werder Bremen face Mainz this weekend. Milos Veljkovic is doubtful.

Werder Bremen will be without Leonardo Bittencourt for their upcoming Bundesliga game against Mainz.
Meanwhile, Jean-Manuel Mbom remains out, while Milos Veljkovic is a doubt.
“Mbom is still out. Leo Bittencourt is still ill and won’t be ready for Saturday. There is still a small question mark surrounding Milos Veljkovic,” Werder coach Ole Werner told reporters today.
Amos Pieper could fill in for Veljkovic if the Serbian international isn’t deemed fit enough to play.
