According to Leipziger Volkszeitung, Kevin Kampl has decided to hang up his boots.

Kevin Kampl is ending his football career with immediate effect, according to the Leipziger Volkszeitung.
An official confirmation from RB Leipzig or the player is still pending.
The 35-year-old midfielder has been absent since the end of October for personal reasons.
Since then, the former Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund player has largely focused on his family and has now decided to retire due to a shift in priorities, according to the local media outlet.
Kampl joined RB Leipzig in 2017 and went on to make 283 appearances, scoring 10 goals and providing 23 assists.
