Ecuador international centre-back Willian Pacho (24) has committed his future to PSG and signed a one-year contract extension with the Champions League winners, according to RMC Sport. The 24-year-old will also earn an increased salary, given his importance to Luis Enrique’s set-up. Pacho joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2024 for a reported €40m transfer fee.
He quickly established himself as one of the finest left-footed centre-backs of his generation. Pacho played an instrumental part in PSG’s run to their maiden Champions League title. RMC Sport adds that Pacho’s contract renewal will be official in a couple of weeks, given that Les Parisiens are used to announce several new deals together, as a way to highlight the collective rather than the individual.
Last February, PSG announced the contract renewals of head coach Luis Enrique, full-backs Achraf Hakimi and Nuno Mendes and Vitinha on the same day.
