Here are the six players in contention to be named Bundesliga Player of the Month for August.

The six candidates to win the Bundesliga Player of the Month award for August have been announced.
Bayern München duo Benjamin Pavard and Joshua Kimmich face competition from RB Leipzig star Christopher Nkunku, FC Köln skipper Jonas Hector, Union Berlin attacker Sheraldo Becker and Freiburg talisman Vincenzo Grifo.
