Luis Henrique (23) has completed his move from Olympique de Marseille to Inter Milan. The Brazilian has signed a five-year deal with the Italian club.
Inter Milan have been working on a deal to sign Henrique for weeks, even months. The Italian side, who reached the final of the UEFA Champions League, were keen to sign the versatile forward before the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup. They have succeeded in doing so.
Henrique joins the Serie A giants for a reported fee of €23m plus bonuses. His move to the San Siro was confirmed by Inter Milan on Saturday. Despite initially struggling following his move to OM in 2020, his final season at the Vélodrome was his most accomplished.
He scored nine goals and registered 10 assists for Les Phocéens across 35 games in all competitions. Marseille are already in the market for a replacement and, according to L’Équipe, have identified Ivan Perisic, Noa Lang, and Igor Paixao as potential targets.
