Despite announcing his retirement from the sport of boxing back in January, just weeks after his second loss to Oleksandr Usyk, it looks increasingly likely that Tyson Fury will be going back on his word once again and making a return to the squared circle. January wasn’t the first time Fury has announced his retirement, in fact, it is something he has done many times throughout his career to get people talking and invested in him, and it has once again worked a treat, as fans are eagerly awaiting news on when and who his next fight will be against if he decided to come back once again.
Since Fury’s second loss to Usyk, he has been strongly linked to finally getting a deal secured to face Anthony Joshua. Turki Alalshikh made it clear many months ago that Fury vs Joshua is a top priority and he would do everything in his power to get the fight made, which is what British boxing fans have been wishing for almost a decade. Although ‘The Gypsy King’ hasn’t officially said he is coming back to boxing yet, his activity on social media would suggest he is preparing to in the near future.

Tyson Fury Looking in Phenomenal Shape Amid Rumours of Boxing Return
Although he continues to insist he is happily retired, Tyson Fury’s social media activity would suggest that he is training very hard and in great shape amid rumours of a return to professional boxing. ‘The Gypsy King’ has been constantly posting videos of him training over the last few months and he is looking in top shape, which has led many fans to believe that a return to the squared circle could be right around the corner, potentially against Anthony Joshua.
Check out some of the training videos Fury has posted to social media over the last few months:
As you can see from the videos above, ‘The Gypsy King’ is not only looking sharp in a boxing sense, he is also looking lean and in fighting shape. Fury being in such good shape may just be due to him keeping himself busy and in the gym during his time off, however, with rumours of him getting back in the ring in 2025 being so strong, he may be in such good shape because he is preparing or even in the early stages of a fight camp.
