For a while now, 2017 World’s Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall has shown lots of interest in competing in MMA. Hall has been seen regularly training with interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall for a while, and in June of last year, the 37-year-old made his MMA debut in a two-on-one bout where he completely destroyed the Neffati brothers, who are social media influencers.
Despite picking up the win in his MMA debut, it wasn’t a professional bout, and after the fight, Hall made it clear that sometime in the near future, he would love to compete in a professional setting. On Saturday the 26th of April, Hall did exactly that, making his professional MMA debut in Polish promotion, KSW, and doing exactly what he did the first time he stepped inside the cage, completely obliterating his opponent in very quick fashion.

Hall destroyed Polish veteran Mariusz Pudzianowski in a super heavyweight bout
2017 World’s Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall was victorious in his professional MMA debut on Saturday the 26th of April at KSW 105. Hall, on paper, was faced with a tough task in his professional MMA debut as he was matched up against Polish veteran Mariusz Pudzianowski, who is a well-respected veteran in KSW, having competed in almost 30 fights. Pudzianowski has been fighting in MMA since 2009 and has faced off against several famous names such as Bob Sapp, Butterbean and former UFC heavyweight champion, Tim Sylvia.
Despite going up against a tough and experienced veteran, Hall completely obliterated Pudzianowski in just 30 seconds after catching him with a big right hand and swarming him with devastating ground and pound strikes.

Although there were some clear shots to the back of Pudzianowski’s head by Hall, it was clear that the veteran was done, and the fight was stopped after exactly 30 seconds.

Although Eddie Hall won his professional MMA debut in emphatic fashion in just 30 seconds, he didn’t come away completely unscathed. During his post-fight interview after defeating Mariusz Pudzianowski, the 2017 World Strongest Man winner revealed that in the process of unleashing strikes on the ground, his hand broke.
“I didn’t break my hand on the Neffati Brothers. But I broke my hand on Mariusz’s face.”
If Hall was hoping for a quick return to the cage after his professional MMA debut, he may be disappointed as he will now face a lengthy spell outside the cage to let his hand to heal.
