If Bayern were to sell Jamal Musiala, he would cost around €150 million, according to Lothar Matthäus.

Germany’s record cap holder, Lothar Matthäus, has lavished praise on Jamal Musiala after the 19-year-old youngster’s impressive start to the season with Bayern München.

Having seen Musiala rack up four goals and an assist in his first three competitive games this season, Matthäus believes the young attacker would cost around €150 million if Bayern were to sell him.

“Musiala is the future of the club, and also an incredible popular figure. Musiala makes the difference and is scoring more goals,” Matthäus told Sky Germany and continued:

“If someone wanted to buy him now, the transfer fee would be close to €150 million. That’s not an issue anyway, because he’s certainly not for sale.”

Musiala’s contract with Bayern runs until 2026.
