Despite known interest from Manchester United, Bayern Munich are unwilling to sell Leroy Sané this summer, according to Christian Falk.
As of now, the Bundesliga side are yet to receive an offer from Manchester United for Sané, who has three-years remaining on his current deal and feels comfortable in Munich.
When speaking to DAZN via TZ, Bayern Munich CEO Oliver Kahn hinted that there will be no further movement on the transfer market: “The transfer window is open until the end of August, but overall we’re done.” Of course, that could change before deadline day.
Jamal Musiala (19) started ahead of Sané in both of Bayern’s opening fixtures this season, in the DFL Supercup against RB Leipzig and on Friday night in Bayern’s opening Bundesliga game against Eintracht Frankfurt – the former putting in an incredible performance that’s worthy of a place in Julian Nagelsmann’s starting XI.
After returning to Germany following four years at Manchester City, Sané has played 91 games across all competitions for Bayern, scoring 25 and creating 28.
