As reported by Marca, Valencia have been looking for an exit route for goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen.
The 33-year-old arrived from Barcelona in the summer of 2019 and became the first choice keeper upon his arrival.
However, injuries have prevented Cillessen from becoming a regular starter and he found himself playing second fiddle to Giorgi Mamardashvili.
Even though he is fully fit, Valencia have been looking to offload the Dutchman as his high wages mean that the club cannot afford to register new signings Samu Castillejo and Samuel Lino.
Cillessen was left out of the squad in the last friendly by Gennaro Gattuso against Nottingham Forest, with only Mamardashvili and Jaume Domenech making an appearance between the sticks.
The Dutch international only has one more year left on his contract, but it is in the interest of Valencia to find him a new destination before the summer transfer window closes.
