City Football Group are said to be interested in signing Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood but Lazio are also making progress in their move for the Englishman.
Alfredo Pedulla has reported about the situation of the United man, stating that Lazio’s move could be edging closer but it all depends on the sort of offer they make. Greenwood has said ‘yes’ to United and he would be interested in the move, but Lazio would have to meet United’s demands.
Direct contact took place between the Roman club and Greenwood which confirmed that the player is interested, with United looking at a fee that is less than €40 million and their demands have now decreased. Lazio are willing to offer about €25 million and they believe that United would accept that much, as the Biancocelesti are also offering a 40 to 50 percent of sell-on clause.
