Dayot Upamecano is not ruling out a move away from Bayern Munich this summer.
Bayern Munich centre-back Dayot Upamecano says he’ll talk to the club bosses about his future after the European Championship.
Asked if he could consider leaving Bayern this summer, the French international told L’Equipe:
“We’ll see, we’ll see. It’s one of the biggest clubs in Europe. I haven’t talked to the people in charge yet, I’m totally focused on the Euros. We’ll talk after the tournament”.
On Bayern’s appointment of Vincent Kompany as new head coach, Upamecano said:
“He is a defender that I really like. But at the moment I haven’t spoken to him”.
Upamecano’s contract with Bayern expires in 2026.
