Barcelona

25/1

With Barcelona bolstering their attacking depth with the loan addition of the aforementioned Rashford, who can provide cover for both the left-hand side and central positions, the oddsmakers believe they may be in the market for a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski should Isak become available.

With previous experience playing in La Liga, Isak would be an attractive option for sure. However, for the Catalan giants, cash may be an issue, as it is being reported that Isak could command a British record transfer fee of £150 million. Finding that sort of money may be impossible for Los Cules at this juncture, but they still have odds of 25/1.

5

Paris Saint-Germain

16/1

This move would have shades of Kevin Durant joining the Golden State Warriors, which is ironic since the NBA star does hold a minority stake in Paris Saint-Germain. However, the European champions have been given the fifth-best odds of signing Isak.

One could argue that the one thing missing from the French juggernaut is a focal point for Ousmane Dembele, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Desire Doue to feed off. So, if you are planning to go for one, why not make it one of the best in the business in the form of the goalscoring Swede.

4

Arsenal

12/1

With the arrival of Gyokeres imminent at the Emirates, a deal for Isak is far less likely than it seemed in January when Arsenal seemed hot on the heels of the Magpies star. Nevertheless, can you imagine if the compatriots linked up together in the Premier League and saw Arteta completely switch tact and move to a front two?

How that would impact the likes of Bukayo Saka and Noni Madueke would be a story for another time, but the Swedish front two could be the stuff of nightmares for defenders and may hold the key to the elusive Premier League crown that has seemed so close yet so far in North London.

3

Chelsea

6/1

At this point in time, is there ever a good reason to doubt Chelsea in the transfer market? Logic and nonsense can often combine into one when it comes to Todd Boehly’s transfer policy, and despite the fact they’ve addressed their issues up top with Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, it seems as though there is still a chance of a move for Isak, according to the bookies.

Now that the Blues are champions of the world – and the only ever ones, as a matter of fact – they may be more appealing than ever for the 25-year-old. And a link-up with Cole Palmer could be incredibly chilling. At 6/1, don’t count your chickens just yet.

2

Any Saudi Club

2/1

If money is the top motivating factor for Isak, then you can never count out a move to the Saudi Pro League. In recent weeks, there has been some reported interest coming out of the Middle East, which led to the striker demanding £300,000-per-week to put pen to paper on a new deal at St James’ Park.

Al-Hilal appear to be the frontrunners, which could see a partnership form between two former Newcastle stars should the move occur, with Aleksandar Mitrovic the current main man. But the tantalising prospect of seeing Isak and Cristiano Ronaldo in the yellow of Al-Nassr can’t be discounted just yet.

1

Liverpool

4/7

As if Liverpool’s business hasn’t been frightening enough, it appears the signing of Hugo Ekitike might not be enough to stop the reigning English champions from splashing even more cash to secure the services of Isak. It seemed like Arne Slot was pulling the opening power play with Newcastle when registering interest in Ekitike – either sell us your best player or we’ll sign your top target.

Now, it seems like they may be about to make both happen. Combining the goals of Isak and Salah with the creativity of Florian Wirtz may very well make the Merseysiders unstoppable.
